Most frame orders we ship using Fastway couriers.  Small print, postcard and card orders we ship using Express Post.  If Fastway does not deliver to the area where you are located then we use Australia Post to deliver to these areas. 

We offer free delivery to every area of Australia - a minimum order value must be met to obtain free delivery and this depends on the area where you are located.  To calculate your delivery zone please visit www.fastway.com.au and select ship from Sunshine Coast to your location (enter any weight for this purpose).  Once you have selected your location a screen will apprear with what labels are required to ship the parcel. 

• Local Zone - $200 (ex-gst) minimum order for free delivery
• Shorthaul Zone - $250 (ex-gst) minimum order for free-delivery
• Red Zone - $350 (ex-gst) minimum order for free-delivery
• Orange Zone - $400 (ex-gst) minimum order for free-delivery
• Green Zone - $600 (ex-gst) minimum order for free-delivery
• White Zone - $800 (ex-gst) minimum order for free-delivery
• Grey (Outback) Zone - $1200 (ex-gst) minimum order for free delivery.

If you do not meet the free delivery minimum order then the freight charge will be added to your order (at cost).  Depending on your order value we may discount the freight charges, at our discretion.  Orders less than $200 may also incur a $2.50 packing and handling charge.

We ship using Fastway and Express Post satchels as all items can be traced if not delivered.

Export orders are shipped using Australia Post, unless you nominate your own carrier.  Small print, card and postcard orders are shipped airmail.  If you nominate your own carrier we will ship FOB (free on board) if the above minimum order values are met.  Example:  if your nominated freight forwarder is in Sydney then you will need to order a minimum of $350 to obtain FOB.
